INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual psychotherapy for adults age 18 years and older. Treatment may address life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, caregiving, relationship concerns, and challenges affecting emotional well-being and quality of life.
COUPLES THERAPY
Therapy for couples and partners age 18 years and older seeking support with communication, conflict, trust, intimacy, life transitions, and other relational concerns. The work is collaborative and tailored to the needs of each relationship.
FAMILY & FRIENDS THERAPY
Therapy for adult family members and friends age 18 years and older navigating relationship difficulties, caregiving responsibilities, transitions, grief and loss, communication challenges, and changing family dynamics.

Appointments are available by scheduled consultation.
Seaglass Therapy is a private-pay practice. Session fees vary by service and are discussed prior to beginning treatment. Longer sessions may be available depending on clinical needs and availability.
Payment is due at the time of service. Major debit and credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards when applicable, are accepted.

Seaglass Therapy is an out-of-network practice and does not accept insurance directly.
Clients receiving individual therapy may request superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly regarding eligibility and reimbursement.
Couples, family, and other relational therapies focus on the relationship itself rather than an individual with a diagnosable mental health condition. Accordingly, superbills are not provided for these services.
