Relational therapy

Seaglass Therapy provides comprehensive counseling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and adult families or friends aged 18 and older. Using systemic and evidence-based approaches, clients are supported in addressing mental health concerns, deepening relationships, and sustaining meaningful progress. Midlife & Beyond

Seaglass Therapy specializes in supporting adults aged 50 and beyond—individuals, couples, and families—through aging, health changes, caregiving, life transitions, and long-term partnerships. Aging affects not only individuals but also the people closest to them. Research shows that stable, caring connections improve health outcomes and quality of life in later years.
