Meet Your Therapist

Jenna Park, MD, LMFTA

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA, WA MG61566317) and a medical researcher, practicing under the supervision of Dr. Kimberly Riley, DSW, LMFT, MHP, CMHS (WA LF61000202). To learn more about my credentials and training, please click the Qualifications button.

My background in medicine, public health, and psychotherapy shapes the way I understand mental health. I believe that problems do not exist in isolation.

Just as the heart functions both as an individual organ and as part of the circulatory system, each person exists as both an individual and a member of a larger ecosystem. Our mental health is deeply influenced by the systems in which we live—not solely by individual factors. Exploring these systems can help us better understand ourselves, our relationships, and the direction we want our lives to take.

I use a pro-aging and medically informed, integrative framework for psychotherapy to address the unique and evolving needs of each client. My comprehensive, evidence-based approach draws from multiple theories, techniques, and interventions, allowing me to adapt to each client’s distinctive characteristics and effectively address a wide range of concerns.

I value empathy, curiosity, and nonjudgmental acceptance as the foundation of a strong therapeutic alliance. My priority is to understand each client’s vision and goals—not to impose my own. Together, we create customized treatment plans that honor cultural values, incorporate ongoing feedback, and foster healing, empowerment, and joy.

In my practice, all are welcome, all are seen, and all are heard.
