Welcome

Relational Psychotherapy

I provide comprehensive counseling and psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and adult families or friends aged 18 and older. My practice specializes in supporting mid to late life adults—those aged 50 and beyond. Using systemic therapeutic approaches, I help clients address challenges, treat mental health concerns, and sustain meaningful progress over time. Together, we work collaboratively to meet your unique needs and support your overall well-being.

Personalized Practice

I am a knowledgeable clinician with a background in medicine and public health. I actively stay up to date with current evidenced-based practices and work to find the most effective treatment for each client based on their stated goals and values. I aim to make every session a supportive and customized experience.

Health and Safety

I am committed to the health and safety of my clients and remain compliant with CDC recommendations. At this time, masks are optional for all visitors in my office. However, if you are ill and experiencing fever, cough, malaise, fatigue, sore throat, or loss of smell or taste, please contact my office and allow me to reschedule your appointment to a later date when you are feeling better.
